Hevy does not currently share directly with MyFitnessPal, however, using Apple Health or Health Connect, you can share your Hevy data to MyFitnessPal with ease.
Connecting through Apple Health
1. Turn on the integration with Apple Health through the Hevy Settings
2. Make sure you have given Apple Health permission to read and write to Hevy
Follow the instructions:
- Tap "Manage permissions on settings"
- Scroll down and select "Apps"
- Tap "Health"
- Tap "Data Access & Devices"
- Ensure the permissions are turned on
3. Go back to " Data Access & Devices" and select "MyFitnessPal" and ensure the permissions are also turned on.
Once this is done, Apple Health will act as a “middle-man” and send the data it receives from Hevy to MyFitnessPal.
Connecting through Health Connect
1. Turn on integration with Health Connect through the Hevy settings
2. Make sure you have given Health Connect permission to read and write to Hevy
3. Go back to the "Permissions Screen" and select "MyFitnessPal," then allow permissions
Once this is done, Health Connect will act as a “middle-man” and send data it receives from Hevy to MyFitnessPal (as well as to any other health apps you have connected to Health Connect)
Important Note: Our support team can help if your data is not syncing to Apple Health or Health Connect. However, if the data appears correctly in those apps but does not sync to MyFitnessPal, you’ll need to contact Apple Health or Health Connect support instead.
