Navigate to Profile and select Measures to access previously logged measurements (weight, body fat, and circumferences) and progress photos.
Body Measurements
Tap the + icon on the top right to create a new entry with measurements and a progress photo for today or a different date. If these measurements and the progress photo are from an earlier date than today, you can use the scroll function to enter the correct date.
If you do not have a Pro subscription, you will be able to log your weight and waist circumference. If you have the Pro subscription, you will be able to track your weight, body fat and circumference for waist, neck, shoulders, chest, biceps, forearms, abdomen, hips, thighs and calves.
On the main screen of the Measures section, there is a graph under the Progress Photos area where you can compare your uploaded values for each measurement. You can switch between the different measurement options by tapping the options just below the graph. The values for this measurement will also be listed below with the date the measurement was uploaded for easy tracking and comparison.
Progress Photos
You can add a progress photo with or without body measurements. Only one progress photo can be added per day. Progress photos are only able to be seen by you unless you share them outside of Hevy.
To add a progress photo, tap the plus sign in the top right corner, then when the entry opens, tap the ‘Add Picture’ area and then you can choose to either take a photo or upload one from your gallery.
When you take a photo from within the app, there will be an option at the bottom to the right of the button to take the photo that says ‘Overlay’. If you tap this, it will add an overlay of your last taken progress photo so you can line yourself up with it to get consistent angles.
Your uploaded progress photos will appear at the top of the Measures page and you can tap ‘See All’ to go through all of the progress photos you have uploaded along with the date they were posted.
Tap on any photo for additional options, such as to compare it to another, edit the entry it’s part of (for example, add body weight to go along with the photo), replace it, or delete it.
