Steps to make a bug report
Detailed information helps us understand exactly what’s happening and how to reproduce the issue, so we can fix it as quickly as possible.
- Clear and concise step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue you are experiencing
- If possible, send a screenshot, image, video or screen recording of the issue
- What make and model of phone and/or watch are you using?
- Does this happen all the time or sporadically?
- What were the expected results vs. the actual results?

While you can’t send images or videos directly through the app, we’ll follow up if we need any visuals to understand the issue better.
