Email/Username and Password
You can use email/username and password to log in across devices and platforms. Your information is stored on your account and not on the device or platform that you are using, so all of your information will be available across devices and platforms.
Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In can be used across platforms and devices, including on Apple devices. Your information will all be stored on this account and will be available across any devices/platforms you sign into.
Apple Sign-In
Apple Sign-In is only available on Apple devices. If you switch from an Apple device to an Android device, you will not be able to sign in to your account using Apple Sign-In. If you have an account that uses Apple Sign-In and switch to an Android device, there are two options to switch your sign-in method.

If you are still signed into the app on your Apple device, you can change the email and set a password for the account in the settings. This will change your sign-in method to email/username and password.
To change the email and password: Profile > Settings > Account > Change email/Change password.
- If you do not have access to an Apple device to sign in, email us at hello@hevyapp.com and once we have asked a few security questions, we can add an email to the account for you, then you can use the forgot password function to get a link sent to that email so you can set a password for the account. This will allow you to sign in using email/username and password.
