Sometimes when signing in, a new account may be created instead of logging into your original one. Don’t worry, your data is safe in your original account!
To get back in:
- Sign out of the empty account.
- a) Use the same login method you originally signed up with:
- If you first used Apple or Google, try signing back in that way.
- Make sure to select Log in, not Sign up.
b) Enter your original username or email. If you can’t remember your password, use the Forgot password option to reset it.
If you’re logged into the correct account but something doesn’t look right or you can’t remember which email you used, please reach out to hello@hevyapp.com and we will investigate ASAP. Sharing your username will help us locate your account more quickly.
