All workouts and routines have a 150-set limit, even with the Pro version. This is because most workouts usually never come close to requiring that many sets.
When creating a routine, only include the sets you typically complete in a single workout. Each time you start a routine as a workout, the sets will automatically reset.
Keep only the sets you plan to complete. You can always add or remove sets during a workout.
If you see a warning that you’ve reached the set limit, delete any unnecessary sets or exercises.
Some people prefer building routines with a large list of exercises and sets, then choosing what to do during the workout. If you use this approach, you may need to remove sets or exercises if you hit the limit.
The intended purpose of routines is to create a structured, personalized workout plan. But don’t worry, you can always add exercises or sets while actively working out if you forgot something.
