You can log a workout in the Hevy app in several ways:
Start an Empty Workout
- Go to the workout tab at the bottom of the app
- Tap “+ Start Empty Workout”
- Add exercises, set, weight and any other data from the workout
- Tap “Finish” to end the workout.
Start a routine to log a workout
- Select “New routine” and create a routine (a plan for your workout), then “save” it.
- The routine will appear in your workout screen. Once you are ready to log the workout, tap “Start Routine.”
- Log the workout details and tap “Finish” to end the workout.
Start a previously logged workout as a new workout - If you have completed a workout before and would like to do it again.
- Select a past workout from you or from another user
- Tap the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Tap “ Copy workout” from the menu, and a workout will start
- Log the workout details and tap “Finish” to end the workout.
