How you update your payment method will depend on where the purchase was made. Below, you can find information on where to go to change this information for each payment platform.
App Store
When you purchase a subscription through the iOS app, the subscription is handled by the Apple App Store.
To change the payment method:
- Open the Apple App Store.
- Tap your profile in the top right corner.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Manage Payments.
- Add a new payment method or update existing details.
Important Note: The main card on file will be used for your subscriptions.
Google Play Store
When you purchase a subscription through the Android app, the subscription is handled by the Google Play Store.
To change the payment method:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile in the top right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Choose Payment methods.
- Add a new payment method or update existing details.
Important Note: The main card on file will be used for your subscriptions.
Website (Paddle or Stripe)
If you purchased the subscription through our website using the Paddle or Stripe payment provider, you can change your card details on the website or the mobile app.
- Sign into your profile from a desktop browser or mobile app.
- Navigate to the Settings section.
- Go to Manage Subscription.
- Update or change your payment details from there.
