How to fix a Wellhub connection issue
If your Wellhub subscription isn't activating on your Hevy account, please submit a support request and include the following information:
- Your Hevy username
- The email address associated with your Wellhub account (this is usually your work email and may be different from the email on your Hevy account)
To get started, tap "Submit Request" in the grey box below the "Was this article helpful?" section and send us the details listed above.
Once we receive your information, the Hevy Support team will manually connect your Wellhub subscription to your Hevy account.
