Cancelling a subscription made on the website
- Sign in to your account on your mobile device or on the web app https://hevy.com/
- Navigate to ‘Settings’
- Click ‘Manage Subscription’
- If the subscription was purchased through the website, there will be an option to ‘Cancel Subscription’ underneath the subscription listed
Changing a subscription
In order to change your subscription (ie. you paid for a monthly subscription, but don’t want to renew the monthly, you want to switch to the lifetime subscription) you have to cancel the existing subscription on the account. You can do this by following the steps above. Once the current subscription is cancelled, you will be able to purchase a subscription that suits your preference.
If there is time left on your current subscription before it expires after cancellation, it will remain on the account, and the new subscription will post as soon as that time is up.
Important Note: If you attempt to purchase a new subscription while one is already active on the account, it will often display an error and prevent the purchase. This is because it requires you to cancel the existing one first. Sometimes, it will not give you this error, and so if you forgot to cancel the existing one first, both can remain linked.
