Navigate to the Profile tab and select Calendar for a complete workout history, with all workout days highlighted in blue.
Calendar
Your calendar history will begin at the first month you began working out with Hevy and will show you every month you have worked out since, including the current month. All days that have a workout will be highlighted in blue and the other days are considered rest days. This allows you to visually see your workout consistency.
If you tap on the blue circle on any date, it will bring you to the completed workout so you can view the workout details. If you tap on a date that is the current date or before, you can tap the plus sign or the Log a workout button to begin logging a workout for that date right from the calendar.
If you tap the icon at the top right corner of the screen, you can choose the day of the week you would like your week to begin on. Just below this icon, there will be two spots, one that shows your current active streak (how many weeks in a row you have completed a workout) and beside it, it will show you how many rest days you have had since your last completed workout.
Important note: the calendar feature cannot be used to plan out which days you intend to complete workouts.
Streak
In addition to being able to view your streak on the calendar page, Hevy displays the ordinal number of your streak when you complete your first session for the current week.
Having an active streak can be highly motivating to continue training even when you don’t feel like it. Some Hevy users have streaks well beyond 100 weeks.
