The strength level feature on Hevy lets you compare your overall strength in specific exercises with other users of the same sex, age group, and bodyweight. It will also let you know what percentage of people in this group you are stronger than.

Tap "Exercises"
Select an exercise (only some exercises have the Strength Level feature, see the list below)

What can the strength level be used for?
Strength level is used as a benchmark for how well you are doing in specific lifts and your overall strength in specific exercises. You can use this to set goals and track progress over time. Watching yourself move between the strength levels can be a huge motivator!
