Find and Connect Contacts on Hevy

If you’d like to see which of your contacts are on the Hevy app, you can connect your phone contacts in the settings. Once connected, you’ll be able to follow any contacts who have verified their phone number.

Important note: You’ll only see the option to connect if the contact has also uploaded their contacts and verified their phone number.

Add Contact Permissions

1. On the Home screen, tap the Search icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Contacts at the top (below the search bar).
3. Tap Connect Contacts and tap Open Settings. 

4. Choose individual contacts or select All Contacts.

5. Verify your phone number:

• Enter your number and tap Continue.
• Enter the verification code and tap Continue.

Remove Contact Access

1. Open your phone Settings.
2. Search for Hevy.
3. Tap Contacts.
4. Select None or adjust the access level.

Edit Contact Access

1. Open your phone Settings.
2. Search for Hevy.
3. Tap Contacts.
4. Tap Edit Selected Contacts
5. Make your changes and tap the check mark to save.
