In the “Contact Us” section of the app, we have 3 different ways to reach out.
Settings > Contact Us > Feature request/Bug Report/ Get Help
All of these options help our support team manage different types of requests more efficiently.
When you reach out, please don't submit the same issue through multiple channels. If you have trouble submitting a request, let us know at hello@hevyapp.com and we’ll assist you.
Please Note
- Bug Reports and Get Help requests go to the same team. If you choose the wrong one by mistake, that’s okay, we’ll still receive it and respond.
- However, Feature Requests are handled separately. If you send a bug report or help request through the Feature Request option, our support team won’t see it. Please ensure that you submit these through the designated options.

We want to hear from you! Submit it here: this is the place where your input goes directly to our development team. Using this form ensures your suggestion gets maximum visibility.
While we receive a high volume of messages and can’t respond to every submission, please know that we carefully review and consider all feedback.
