Last 7 Day Body Graph
This is the first stat you see when you open the Statistics tab. It is above the list of other statistics.
You can see how many times you’ve worked out in the previous seven days and what muscles you’ve trained during this time on the body heat map.
Set Count Per Muscle Group
This section includes a breakdown of how many sets you have done for each of the different muscle groups. This information is also displayed visually on a graph at the top of the page.
Filter and segment the information in several ways, such as weekly total sets for the last 30 days or monthly total sets from the last year.
Ex. To see monthly total sets for the whole year, you would select Year from the first dropdown, and then Month from the second.
Muscle Distribution (Chart)
The muscle distribution chart allows you to see how you have divided your training volume between different muscles. It also allows you to compare your muscle distribution for different periods of time by using the drop down at the top. If you choose Last 30 days, then the blue section would be the last 30 days, and the gray would be the 30 day period previously.
This section also includes other useful information such as how many workouts you completed during that time, the duration of all of those workouts, the total volume lifted in those workouts and the number of sets completed.
Muscle Distribution (Body)
This section allows you to see the number of sets per muscle group from week to week, along with a muscle diagram with the trained areas highlighted in blue. This allows you to visualize what areas you are training each week.
Main Exercises
This section provides an overview of the exercises you’ve logged most often in the past 30 days, three months, year, or since the start. The total number of times you have completed each exercise during that period will be listed beside the exercise.
Leaderboard Exercises
Any exercise that is available in our ‘Leaderboard’ feature will be listed in this section. You can tap on an exercise and if you have completed it before, you will see where you fall on the leaderboard compared to people you follow.
Important note: Not all exercises on the app are available as leaderboard exercises. Most of the exercises in this list will be Barbell exercises.
Monthly Report
This section gives you a detailed report from the last completed month. This report includes a bar graph at the top where you can compare the number of workouts, the duration of workouts, the total volume lifted and the number of sets completed for each month with the report month highlighted in blue. It also includes a summary of the total workouts, duration, total volume lifted and total completed sets, as well as a list of completed PRs, a calendar view of completed workouts, a muscle distribution graph with comparison to the month before, a rundown of the main muscle groups trained, your top exercises and the photos you posted during that month with your workouts.
Important note: Only the report for the last completed month can be viewed. Historical monthly reports are not available.
