Timer Volume
You can control the volume of the timer in the app (high, normal, low and off).
Default rest timer
This will set a rest timer on all exercises you add to a new routine (a default rest timer will not be added retroactively to existing routine exercises).
First Day of the Week
This will set the day of the week the calendar begins.
Previous Workout Values
This setting determines whether the previous workout value is updated across all workouts or within the same routine. (Difference between Previous workout values and routine values).
Warm-up Calculator (PRO)
You can calculate and adjust your warm-up sets (Click here to learn how to use).
Here you can adjust the Plate rounding and Dumbbell rounding values.
If you tap "Warmup Method," you can add and remove warm-up sets, adjust the 40% and reps.
Warm-up Sets
When enabled, this feature includes warm-up sets in your workout statistics (Total sets, volume, and personal records).
Keep Awake During Workout
This feature keeps your phone on during an active workout.
Plate Calculator
This allows you to calculate the plates needed on a bar to achieve a specific weight (Click here to learn how to use)
RPE Tracking
This option allows you to record your RPE for each set of an exercise during an active workout. (What is RPE?).
Smart Superset Scrolling
Once you complete a set, the app will automatically scroll to the next exercise in your superset (What is a Superset?)
Inline Timer
Duration exercises include a built-in stopwatch to track the time of each set.
Live Personal Record Notification
When enabled, this will notify you when you have achieved a Personal Record.
