The rest timer is used to set a specific time for rest between sets of the same exercise. Rest between sets is important for safety and for replenishing energy for sufficient power during subsequent sets.
How to add a rest timer to an exercise
1. Add exercises to an active workout, or to a routine
2. Tap ‘Rest Timer’ located just below the exercise name
3. Scroll up to choose your preferred rest timer duration
4. Tap ‘Done’
Adding a default rest timer
Adding a default rest timer in the settings will automatically add a rest timer of the chosen duration to every exercise added to an active workout or routine. It will not add the default rest timer retroactively to exercises added to existing routines.
