When you start a routine as a workout, you can make changes to it while the workout is in progress. If you reorder exercises, add or remove exercises or sets during the workout, you’ll see a choice at the end to either “Update Routine” or “Keep Original Routine.”
Update Routine: Applies the changes you made during the workout to the main routine.
Keep Original Routine: Keeps the original routine unchanged; your edits will only apply to the current workout.
This choice only appears if you’ve reordered exercises, or if you have added or removed exercises or sets. It will not appear for changes to reps or weight. Those adjustments are saved automatically based on the routine settings and your previous values.
